Please be informed that effective 01 January 2004, the processing fee for travel tax certificate will be increased from P100.00 to P200.00 or RMB 30.02 (US$ 3.63). Attached is Memorandum Circular No. 003-2003 dated 03 November 2003 issued by the Philippine Tourism Authority.
