Requirements for Renewal of Philippine Passport

Please complete the passport application form including the thumbprints on the space provided and return the same to the Embassy with:

1. Three (3) recent photographs (4.5 cm. x 3.5 cm), color with white background;
2. Photocopy of Foreigner Residence Permit (if available);
3. Old passport;
4. Passport fee: RMB500.00 (32-page) or RMB600.00 (64-page);

The passport application may be sent through Express Mail Service (EMS). The passport fee (see item #5) plus additional fee of RMB 20.00 to cover the cost of mailing back the new passports must be sent by postal money order payable to the Philippine Embassy.

Requirements for Travel Tax Exemption Certificate

1. Application Form
2. Photocopy of Philippine Passport with latest Chinese visa
3. Photocopy of foreigner residence permit in China or a Certificate of Employment from employer

Note:
A request letter from the principal addressed to the Embassy is also required for dependent Filipinos in China.

Requirements for Notarization/ Acknowledgment/ Authentication/ Certification of Documents for Filipinos in China

1. Photocopy of Philippine passport.
2. Service fee of RMB250.00.
